Markways Inc. reserves the right to take any legal action against the buyer if terms and policy is violated.
Markways offer Interac™ Email Money Transfer, Interac Online, TT, Paypal, Visa / Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Certified Cheques and Money Orders for all e-commerce transactions on our site.
Interac™ Email Money Transfer / Interac Online / TT are our most recommended payment options, there will be absolutely no extra pending period as to verify buyer’s detail.
Note: International customers are only allowed to make purchase via Money Orders / TT (Telegraphic Transfer or Wire / Swift Transfer).
All orders will be shipped to the billing address on your credit card only. This is for verification purposes in order to process your transaction and for the privacy and protection of your credit card account.
For information on how soon your order will be shipped out, please see the Availability field on the product detail page. As soon as your item is shipped, you will receive an email with the status update.
Orders received after 5:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT – 5:00) will start processing on the next business day.
Normal processing time for an order is taken within 24-48 hrs after a full compliance payment is receved by Markways.
Note: Shipping insurance is optional but is highly recommended. If customer chooses to deny this option, Markways Inc. will not be held liable for the package if it gets lost.
Delivery dates within Canada are approximations and are shipped to the best of our ability within 24-48 hrs. Delivery dates outside of Canada are approximations that do not include possible delays due to customs.
Return / Exchange Policy
Markways offers up to 7 days for exchange upon receiving the item, on defective merchandise only.
Any defective merchandise must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, stickers, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.
Note: There are NO EXCHANGES when: a returned order has item missing, been used / abused, manufacturer orginal sticker on the displaying screen been removed or peeled off, open software / manuals, and all special / discounted orders.
Markways Inc. reserves the right to refuse / cancel orders or limit quantities if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Markways or any Third Parties.
For security of transactions, Markways Inc. uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any personal information you send to us electronically. The encryption process protects your information, such as your credit card number, billing and shipping information by scrambling it before it is sent to us from your computer.
Only Markways website sales representatives access your credit card information. Credit card information is used only for the order you are placing. We do not keep your credit card information on hand for future orders. Your email is never sent out to other clients, customers or businesses. We will only contact you by email regarding your purchase.
Personal information will only be disclosed if fraudulent activity is suspected. By law, Markways Inc., must comply with the law and co-operate with law enforcement and other officials in an investigation requiring either personal or account information, including any information provided online through http://www.markways.com or http://www.markways.ca.
Markways Inc. offers 7 days free warranty service on all of the products that we sell or customer may extend max. up to 1/2 year of warranty service from us.
In the event that an item can not be fixed, Markways Inc. will either replace a new product to the customer or we may offer customer another product that has the same value (current value) only if extended warranty is purchased.
On all warranties and repairs, Markways acts as a service agent only and can not assume liability for any data, film or spoiled images lost through the malfunction of the product or for consequential loss of any kind. Time of repairs varies depending on the manufacturer’s repair workload.
If customer choose not to receive warranty from us, customer still may be able to get the manufacturer warranty if applicable but customer will have to do that on their own.
All items purchased from http://www.Markways.com or http://www.markways.ca can be returned for warranty repair either directly to the manufacturer, to any authorized repair service center or to Markways directly.
Items can be shipped back to Markways for handling, however please note that shipping charges are not the responsibility of Markways Inc..
Note: We do not offer any warranty when any physical damage that has been incurred to your merchandise by neglect, for example, broken housings, smashed LCD’s, liquid damage, etc.
Other warranties can be voided by modifying your merchandise, for example, having your merchandise downloaded to the newest software / firmware. We do not offer any warranty when serial number label has been removed, defaced, or altered as well. Also warranties are NOT transferable.
Prices and availability of product are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Markways reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Markways will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Markways Inc. and the Third Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or stolen messages or mail, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, on-line failures, hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting communications.
