By placing an order on this website, the buyer fully agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions.
M-ways International Inc. reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any buyer who violates these terms or policies.
Payment
M-ways International Inc. accepts the following payment methods for all e-commerce transactions:

- Visa / MasterCard
- Direct Bank Deposit
- Certified Cheques
- Money Orders
Interac™ Email Money Transfer, Interac Online, and TT are our most recommended payment options, as they require no additional verification or pending period.
Shipping
All orders are shipped only to the billing address associated with the credit card used for payment. This policy is strictly enforced for verification, privacy, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Please refer to the Availability section on each product page for estimated shipping timelines. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipment status.
Orders received after 5:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT-5) will be processed on the next business day.
Standard order processing occurs within 24–48 hours after full and compliant payment is received.
Note: Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended. If the customer declines shipping insurance, M-ways International Inc. will not be held liable for lost or damaged packages.
Delivery Dates
Delivery dates within Canada are estimates and are fulfilled to the best of our ability within 24–48 hours of shipment. International delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to delays caused by customs clearance or other factors beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
M-ways International Inc. offers up to 30 days for exchange on defective merchandise only, starting from the date the item is received.
Returned defective items must be in original purchase condition and include:
- Original packaging
- Stickers and labels
- Manuals and documentation
- All accessories provided by the manufacturer
No exchanges will be accepted if:
- Items are missing components
- Items show signs of use, misuse, or abuse
- Manufacturer stickers or seals have been removed or altered
- Software or manuals have been opened
- Items were purchased as special or discounted orders
M-ways International Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, if customer conduct violates applicable laws or harms the interests of M-ways International Inc. or any third party.
Privacy
M-ways International Inc. uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all personal information transmitted electronically, including credit card details and billing information.
- Credit card information is never accessible to sales representatives.
- We do not store credit card information for future transactions.
- Customer email addresses are never shared with third parties.
- Customers will only be contacted regarding their purchases.
- Personal information will be disclosed only when fraudulent activity is suspected or when required by law.
M-ways International Inc. complies fully with legal obligations and cooperates with law enforcement investigations when necessary.
Warranty
M-ways International Inc. provides a 30-day complimentary warranty on all products sold. Customers may optionally extend warranty coverage for up to one (1) year.
If a product cannot be repaired, M-ways International Inc. will:
- Replace it with a new product, or
- Offer a replacement of equal current market value (extended warranty required)
M-ways International Inc. acts solely as a service agent and assumes no liability for data loss, film damage, image loss, or consequential damages. Repair timelines depend on manufacturer workloads.
Customers who decline warranty service through M-ways International Inc. may still qualify for manufacturer warranty coverage, which must be handled independently.
Warranty returns may be sent to:
- The manufacturer
- An authorized service center
- M-ways International Inc. directly
Shipping costs for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage (e.g., cracked housings, broken LCDs, liquid damage)
- Neglect or misuse
- Modified products (including firmware/software updates)
- Removed, altered, or defaced serial numbers
- Warranties are non-transferable
Site Errors
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, M-ways International Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct errors at any time
- Cancel or revoke offers
- Modify or cancel orders, even after confirmation
If a cancelled order has already been charged, a refund will be issued. Bank processing times may vary.
M-ways International Inc. may update or modify website content, pricing, product availability, or terms and conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
