Hi Philip, thanks for the quick reply. I misunderstood the rogers branding and took it for the phone being locked. When I first got the phone, all the shortcuts were rogers applications and all of the default wifi settings were set to the rogers network. However, after some further investigation, I realized these things were easily removed or fixed. I apologize for the confusion.
