I ordered the W810i the day before Canada Day, June 31st. With that said, I was told the earliest I could pick up the phone would be on Tuesday, after the holiday. But I needed it faster than that. So I called and spoke with a gentleman and he explained that he was on his way out to make a delivery and we arranged to meet up and complete the transaction.

The phone was brand new, unlocked, and included all accessories advertised on Markways.com. All I did was insert my SIMcard and turn on the phone and I was up and running again.
