I bought a HTC Diamond from this company, after 4 days, they notified me that there is a new firmware update that can improve the signal and longer battery life. I sent the phone back to them to do the upgrade and have never thought of they offered me the service for free, they even pay for all the shipping expenses under their company expense, this kind of service would not be seen from many place, but Markways would always be my number 1 store if I ever thought of buying electronics gadgets.
