Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I think you have great customer service.

I love my new Pearl! I was concerned at first because I noticed that the box was opened and resealed. I e-mailed Philip (I think that was the name) in regards to that but haven’t received a reply. I was mostly just wondering if the phone had been used or refurbished, but since the phone was still wrapped nicely with the protector paper still on, I’m sure that’s not the case.
